Q. What are the days and timings for delivery?
A. We provide delivery of orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not delivered on gazetted or other declared holidays.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. Delivery is free for all orders equal or above Rs.5,000.00. For orders below Rs.5,000.00 delivery charges will be added to your invoice according to the city of delivery.
For Karachi @ Rs.100.00 only.
All other cities in Pakistan @ Rs.300.00 only.
Q. What about other costs?
A. There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The prices mentioned on the website and the above mentioned delivery charges are our final prices and costs.
Q. What happens if the delivery is expected to get late?
A. We assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order on time. However, if we expect to get late due to unavoidable circumstances, our customer service team will get in touch with you and let you know about the delay.
Q. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
A. We will confirm your availability at the destination address on the day and time of delivery. However, if you are unavailable, we will reschedule the delivery for you. Maximum 3 attempts will be made for delivery.
Q. Who will deliver the order?
A. We have our own delivery system and hire reputed courier company to deliver your orders. We will pack your order with care and deliver it right at your doorstep.
Q. What is store’s goods return policy for unwanted purchases?
A. If the product delivered is other than the product ordered or the product is defective, we will replace the product at our cost.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you must report us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we will recall the product.
Q. What are the warranties extended for products?
A. The products which are covered under warranty will be dealt according to the terms of warranty for those products. Terms of warranty are mentioned on the product description page of each product.
Warranty Cards may accompany the products when delivered.
